If you're here and wondering why I retired from the scene, I figured I'd leave a bit of an explanation here. In short: the community as a whole not holding abusers like Latios (@EpicSonicLatios) and Diamond (@OctoDiamond) accountable does severely impact my *diagnosed* PTSD (which, fun fact, claiming on the Internet that you have it over things that you made up in your head doesn't make it real). My mental health, my job, and my real relationships are more important to me than a community that does nothing but enable predators.
Higher ups/those in power, including IPL, Under Pressure, Splat Safety, LUTI, and Splatoon Stronghold enabling and protecting abusers and predators, including keeping them as higher ups in their staff, is a disgrace and something I've kept quiet about for the last 2 years, which is something I can no longer have on my conscious. I've had people approach me regarding the toxicity involving IPL's head staff, and when I tell them where to specifically find reference to some of it, they tell me that it's been hidden! They're incredibly good at hiding who they are as people and they give the community bullshit reasons for protecting abusers, which everyone eats up and forgets about in 2 days.

To the victims in the community who have reached out to me positively: I'm sorry that I couldn't do more for you.
To the abuse apologists: please do better. As people 21+ years old doing this, it's not only sad, but it's irresponsible and sickening.
To the abusers: Seek help (also DNI)
