I'm looking to coach sporadically over the summer with 1 low-level team (between D10-D7 level) Past Experience: Former Head of Coaching for Seasons 1 & 2 of the SBA Current Project Lead for the Coach Training Program 2+ years of multi-form coaching experience Experience with coaching beginners, beta/alpha bracket low-level, D4-3 mid-level, and a plus level player I've coached about 5-6 teams long-term, and more as one-off sessions. I've also coached a bunch of peeps individually! I have experience in working with most weapons and comps, since I have a history as a flex player who enjoys developing both meta and off-meta strategies. In coaching, I enjoy creating effective practice plans, setting actionable goals with players, and supporting a team's learning environment. I'm comfortable teaching any kind of fundamentals to a low-level group :D Right now, my coaching is free! It's been a while since I've done it and I need a group I can de-rust with.
