Description

Low Ink is a Splatoon 3 tournament for newer and lower-level competitive teams. We give teams a chance to get into the Splatoon 3 tournament scene and gain valuable competitive experience. What makes Low Ink good for newer players? • The tournament bans players with tourney results exceeding the skill cap. • An easy to follow format on day 1, which guarantees 18 games played with multiple teams. • Multiple brackets on Day 2 for the top cut of teams, with placements determined by day 1 performance. • Quality live stream and commentary with a focus on introducing competitive Splatoon to newcomers If this is your first time playing in a Splatoon tournament, you are allowed to play. Low Ink bans players based on results from community-driven tournaments. Solo queue results or in-game anarchy rank is not a factor. Results from other competitive events or participation in other tournaments are not required to play in Low Ink, they only set the skill cap. More information about eligibility is available on the rules page or in the FAQ of the Inkling Performance Labs Discord server. Sign up through battlefy (linked below). Each team member will need an account to show up under your team correctly. Battlefy will guide you through the sign-up process. Once signed up, have at least the captain of your team join the Inkling Performance Labs discord to access important announcements alongside other Low Ink channels, get the Low Ink role in the rules and roles channel once you join! During the tournament, your matches will appear on this battlefy page. On battlefy, you can chat with your opponent, report score, and call a staff member for help. Most of everything is done on battlefy during the event, while announcements and the helpdesk are on Discord. Need more instructions?
